Leader in commercial air duct cleaning.

With the finest training and years of experience, we are licensed in HVAC in the state of Texas, just so we can address cleaning the total A/C system. We do not install/replace or repair, so we are not in competition with other HVAC contractors—we subcontract with them to make their jobs easier and more thorough. We understand the need and have the expertise to clean ALL elements of the system: Evaporator cooling coils, fans, plenum, ductwork, VAV boxes, turning vanes.

No Project Too Big

We sub-contract with some of the leading mechanical companies, construction/demolition contractors and fire/water damage restoration franchises in the country, cleaning schools, factories, hotels, high rise offices, apartment buildings and more.

Quick disaster response available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Video-Aire Inspection Services

We pride ourselves on well-maintained, state-of-the-art equipment, including our patented Video-Aire machine which allows us to see into smaller ductwork and to safely distribute EPA registered disinfectant. We offer inspection services to video the interior of your duct system to discover any damage to ductwork and determine the need for cleaning. We are Hospitals’ choice for this service.

Bob Allen, along with trained crews, was personally on the scene in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, restoring safe air quality conditions in devastated buildings, including the medical facilities at Tulane University.

Residential Duct Cleaning Services

Have allergies? Your A/C may be the cause.  Duct cleaning can rid your system of allergy-causing molds and fungi, as well as help clear it of pollen, dust and other allergens.  A clean HVAC system runs more efficiently and can save you money on energy costs.  We also clean and restore duct systems after smoke, fire, and water damage.  We work closely with a number of disaster restoration companies to make sure your home environment is safe, clean and efficient.

*All duct cleaning and inspection services meet or exceed the ACR 2013 standard set out by NADCA(National Air Duct Cleaning Association), the S500 & S520 IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) water damage and mold remediation standards, and the ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 180 Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems.
