“Allen & Company and *** Environmental were hired to complete the abatement and monitoring for a 12 unit apartment building that my firm owns and manages. The work was completed timely and the work went without a problem. Allen & Company completed the job in fewer days than were estimated and the cost I was billed was 8% below their estimate.”
